COVID (workshops)- As a small business we are unable to offer refunds in most cases. If however, you are unable to attend class due to a directly Covid-related reason (e.g. lockdowns, you are feeling unwell), we can offer a credit for you to attend at a later date if we are given at least 7 days notice. This is to ensure we have enough time to pass the ticket onto someone else.

+ If you can not make a class for whatever reason, unfortunately, we cannot refund or give credit due to the nature of these workshops. All purchases are final. However, we encourage you to send a friend along to take your spot!

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES

These policies are in place as a courtesy to our teachers and staff. We feel this is fair for them as our class sizes are limited.

For this reason if you forget to attend or have a prior commitment we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund, credit or transfer.

Online and in store Purchases

The purchase of all physical products or pdf downloads is subject to the following terms and conditions. All customers are advised to review these terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase.

All digital products, physical products, resource material, videos and online content are subject to copyright protection. Each digital product, pdf download and online content sold is for a single user for personal use only. Customers are not allowed to copy, distribute, share and/or transfer the product/s they purchased to any third party or person. STRICTLY NO COMMERCIAL USE IS PERMITTED.

All transactions for purchase of tangible & intangible products, pdf downloads and resource material are made through payment gateways such as PayPal that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

All purchases for workshops, downloads or physical products are non-refundable or exchangeable. If your product is faulty then please email us with your concern and we will do our best to solve the issue.

SHIPPING

All parcels are send via Australia Post via regular mail. Please allow up to 2 weeks in Australia for your pieces to be shipped

For pre order items please allow 2 weeks for your parcel to arrive after the preorder date (approx 2 weeks)

Up to 2 weeks international to be shipped

You will be updated with a tracking number once your parcel is on it's way.
