Wati Clothing Collection
'Wati" means 'tree' in Gathang language.
Why did we name our collection this? good question!
We both have children who live for the outdoors. We wanted to design clothing pieces for your little ones that can be lived in all day and night.
Each piece has been carefully chosen and designed by Lara and Meleah for your kids to kick it in nature the old school way.
All of the designs have been hand painted by Lara and either screen printed or embroidered locally on Worimi country, Forster NSW.
The designs are inspired by Aboriginal Australia, the Aboriginal flag, Australian native flora and fauna.
Each piece has been designed to inspire children to climb watis (trees), get messy, have fun, be free & imagine.
Our photo shoot took place at our favourite local beach, South One mile and features a deadly tribe of local Worimi kids and babies. Scroll down to see the magic of the WATI collection.
We hope you love it as much as we do & remember let your kids be kids, they are living the best days of their lives!
